Hello! I’m Alexa (she/her), a junior at Lehigh University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. I am eager to learn more about the world of Psychotherapy and the various ways it can support healing and personal growth – I hope to pursue this work professionally one day!
My goal throughout this experience is to broaden my understanding of therapies processes and find exactly what I am passionate about. I am thrilled to have this opportunity to navigate patient care, support wellness and self-care initiatives and engage in conversations on increasing accessibility to mental health services. When exploring internship opportunities, Embrace immediately stood out to me because of its mission and values, which strongly resonate with my own.
In my free time I love to binge watch tv and rewatch my favorite movie series, Harry Potter! I also love to craft and try out new cooking recipes.
