My name is Elaine Hernandez-Cordova, but my friends all call me Elena! I am an Omnistic, bi-sexual, Latin-American psychotherapist, life coach and author. For the last 20 years, I have dedicated my life to practicing a holistic approach to lifestyle adjustments for myself, my family and the systems we all reside in. I like to consider all of humanity to be my family, and I try to reflect this in my work.

With over 23 years of military and international retail experience, Master SGT (ret.) Andy Tucker is no stranger to leading organizations in fast paced environments. Fighting the ground war in Iraq, running operations for the 12,000-man 2nd Infantry Division, and even running HR operations for Bath and Body Works and Victoria’s Secret, are only some of Andy's unique experiences. At Fordham ROTC, he developed NYC’s top college students into future leaders, bringing that same passion for mentorship here. What sets him apart is his focus on identifying, training, and developing young leaders to act as stewards of an organization so that they can foster a culture of growth and progression.

My journey in mental health began at Indiana University Bloomington, where I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I then spent two years in the Peace Corps combating suicide in Guyana through public health initiatives.
