With over 23 years of military and international retail experience, Master SGT (ret.) Andy Tucker is no stranger to leading organizations in fast paced environments. Fighting the ground war in Iraq, running operations for the 12,000-man 2nd Infantry Division, and even running HR operations for Bath and Body Works and Victoria’s Secret, are only some of Andy's unique experiences. At Fordham ROTC, he developed NYC’s top college students into future leaders, bringing that same passion for mentorship here. What sets him apart is his focus on identifying, training, and developing young leaders to act as stewards of an organization so that they can foster a culture of growth and progression.

Through decades of leading people through the most difficult and challenging conditions, he has learned what drives them and what motivates them. This allows him to act as a force multiplier, achieving greater performance without exhausting his people. They thrive and grow stronger under his leadership.
