Determined and well-organized, Jo is thrilled to join the team as a Billing Specialist. She has a background in Medical Billing, with the completion of two certifications and several seminars. She also holds an associate degree in Psychology, as well as training in nutrition management programs.

With over 15 years of experience in handling financial inquiries, Jo brings a keen eye for accuracy and a strong understanding of billing processes. Her passion for resolving discrepancies makes her a dedicated and valuable asset to the team.

Outside of work, she loves to travel, go to the beach, read, and spend time with her two teenage daughters and her dog, Meatball.

Jo is deeply compassionate and empathetic, qualities strengthened by her journey as a single parent navigating challenges and learning to pick up the pieces and move forward.

She works well independently and thrives in a team environment, bringing excellent customer service skills to every role.
